Who takes payment from guests?
Each property does. The stay contract is between the guest and the property. Bookd is never the merchant of record.
What does it cost?
No fees whatsoever. No setup fee, no monthly fee and no exclusivity. Bookd earns a 5% commission only on bookings it brings you.
What is the commission based on?
The room price only: the nightly rates for the stay. Bookd takes no commission on cleaning fees, taxes or damage deposits.
Will guests see other hotels on my endpoint?
No. Your branded endpoint shows only your group's properties.
Which property systems can I connect?
Today: any system that exports an iCal calendar link, Beds24 with your own invite code, and spreadsheet uploads. Apaleo and Cloudbeds are coming soon. Channex, Mews and SiteMinder are coming soon.
