How Bookd works

Guests ask ChatGPT or Claude for a place to stay. Bookd shows them your rooms, your prices and your live availability, and sends the booking request straight to you.

  1. Set up your listing

    Create your account and add your rooms, prices, policies and photos yourself: your listing goes live once the essentials are in place. Or send us your website or Booking.com/Airbnb link and we build your page for you to check.

  2. Calendars stay in sync

    We read your Booking.com/Airbnb calendars about every 10 minutes, and give you a Bookd calendar link to add there, to help you avoid double bookings.

  3. You approve each booking

    A guest requests dates. You get an email with Accept / Decline, and you answer before the deadline in that email.

  4. You get paid

    The guest pays you directly. Optional card deposits through your own Stripe account are coming soon; until then you take payment from the guest directly. Bookd's 5% commission applies only to bookings it brings you. No fees whatsoever.

  • Your property details, room or unit prices and your own photos (or your website or Booking.com / Airbnb listing, if you'd like us to set it up)

  • An email address (or phone) for booking requests

Cancellations

Guests can cancel without charge until 7 days before arrival (you can change this).

Who the guest books with

The guest's contract for the stay is with you, not with Bookd. Bookd is the booking platform: we show your rooms and pass on requests, and the guest pays you directly. You stay responsible for your property, your insurance, licences, taxes and safety, and for sorting out complaints, damage, refunds and chargebacks with your guests, as you would for a direct booking today.
