Start your property on Bookd
Create your account and give your property a name. Skip the rooms: Beds24 fills them in.
Make one invite code in Beds24
In Beds24 go to Settings → Marketplace → API, click Generate invite code and tick the scopes Bookd lists. The code works for 24 hours.
Paste it into Bookd
In your Bookd dashboard open Connect a system → Beds24, paste the code and click Connect Beds24. Your rooms, prices and availability come across straight away.

Questions
Is it complicated?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can do it. You make one invite code in Beds24, paste it into Bookd, and your rooms, prices and availability come across on their own. Most owners are done in about 5 minutes, and nothing needs retyping.
What does Bookd change in my Beds24 account?
Very little. Bookd reads your properties, room types, availability, prices and minimum stays. The only things it writes are the bookings you accept on Bookd (added as confirmed bookings with the Bookd reference) and, if one of those is cancelled, that cancellation. It does not change your rates, rooms or other channels, and it does not ask Beds24 to email you or your guests.
Can I disconnect?
Yes, any time. Revoke Bookd's access in Beds24 under Settings, Marketplace, API, and syncing stops. You can also pause your listing in your Bookd dashboard.
Who takes payment?
You do. You are the seller and the stay contract is between you and your guest. Where you turn on online deposits, they go to your own payment account. Bookd never holds guest money.
What does it cost?
No fees whatsoever, only 5% commission on bookings Bookd generates. It is worked out on the room price.
I have several properties in Beds24. Do I connect each one?
No. One code brings in every property in that Beds24 account. The first fills the property you started in Bookd; the others appear in your dashboard as drafts. Each goes live once it has your photos and a cancellation policy.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Create your Bookd account and start your property, then email a fresh invite code to hello@bookd.direct from the email address on your Bookd account. We connect it for you and reply when your rooms are in. Codes work for 24 hours and can only be used once, so send it the day you make it.
