Upload rooms and availability by spreadsheet
Best for properties without a property system, or groups who prefer to stay hands-on.
What you'll need
- A Bookd group account with your properties and room types added
- Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app
Add properties and room types
In the dashboard add your properties and room types.
Download the template
Download the template (CSV or Excel) from the dashboard. It is pre-filled with your properties and room types.
Fill in your rows
Fill one row per room type and date range, with these columns:
property,room_type,date_from,date_to,rooms_available,price_per_night,min_stay,closedUpload it
Upload it. Bookd checks every row first and saves nothing if any row has a problem, so you can fix and re-upload.
What each column means
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| property | The property's slug shown in the dashboard (or its exact name) |
| room_type | Exact room type name |
| date_from / date_to | Nights covered, inclusive (2026-11-14 or 14/11/2026). date_to may be empty for one night. |
| rooms_available | How many rooms of this type you offer on Bookd each night |
| price_per_night | Price per room per night in the property's currency (empty = base price) |
| min_stay | Minimum nights for arrivals on that date (optional) |
| closed | "yes" to stop sales for those nights |
