Sync your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar to Bookd with iCal
Copy your listing's iCal export link from Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, paste it into the "Calendar link" field of the matching room or unit in your Bookd dashboard, and save. Bookd reads it straight away and then about every 15 minutes. Then import your Bookd calendar link into those platforms so Bookd bookings block dates there too.

Add your room or unit in Bookd
Sign up at bookd.direct/owners/join, open your property and add each room or unit with its nightly price. One Bookd unit matches one listing (or one room) on the other platform.
Copy the export link from Airbnb
In Airbnb, open Calendar, pick the listing, then open Availability and find Connect calendars (sometimes called calendar sync). Choose Export calendar and copy the link. It ends in
.ics.Or copy it from Booking.com
In the Booking.com extranet, open Rates & Availability → Sync calendars. Next to the room or unit choose Add calendar connection → Skip to export, give it a name and click Copy link. This link does not end in
.ics, which is fine: paste it exactly as copied. If you don't see Sync calendars, Booking.com has not made it available for your property (for example when a channel manager is connected); use your channel manager's link instead, or connect Beds24.Or copy it from Vrbo
In Vrbo, open Calendar, pick the property and open the calendar import and export (sync) settings. Choose Export calendar and copy the link.
Paste it into Bookd
In your Bookd dashboard, open the room or unit, choose Edit, paste the link into Calendar link (iCal) and save. Links must start with
https://(orwebcal://). Bookd reads the calendar straight away and blocks every date it shows as booked or closed. Under the room you'll see "calendar linked", or "not read" if the link didn't work.Import your Bookd calendar back
Under Connect a system in your dashboard, copy your Bookd calendar link: one for the whole property, and one per room or unit when you have more than one. In Airbnb choose Import calendar, in Booking.com Add calendar connection, in Vrbo Import calendar, paste the link and name it "Bookd". Use the per-unit link when each unit is a separate listing.
How often does it sync?
Bookd reads every linked calendar about every 15 minutes. It also re-reads a property's calendars when a guest checks availability (if the last read is more than 5 minutes old) and again just before a booking request is sent (if it is more than 2 minutes old).
The other direction depends on each platform: they read your Bookd calendar on their own schedule. Booking.com says it imports connected calendars every two hours (you can click Import now), and Airbnb and Vrbo also refresh imported calendars periodically rather than instantly.

Does iCal sync prices?
No. iCal only carries booked or closed dates. You set nightly prices, cleaning fees and minimum stays in Bookd.
Can I link calendars for several rooms or units?
Yes. Add each room or unit in Bookd and paste its own calendar link. When you have more than one unit, your dashboard also shows a separate Bookd calendar link for each, to import into the matching listing.
What does Bookd cost?
No fees whatsoever. Bookd takes a 5% commission on the room price, only on bookings it brings you. You take payment from the guest; Bookd never holds guest money.
