Start your property on Bookd
Create your account at partners.bookd.direct and give your property a name.
Make one invite code in Beds24
In Beds24 go to Settings → Marketplace → API and generate an invite code. It works for 24 hours.
Paste it into Bookd
Your rooms, photos, prices and availability come across on their own. Rather not do it yourself? Email the code to hello@bookd.direct and we connect it.
Guests request, you accept
Guests request a booking on bookd.direct or through the Bookd connector in Claude or ChatGPT. You accept, the booking goes into Beds24, and you take payment.

What guests see in Claude and ChatGPT
A guest asks something like “find a B&B near Asheville for 2 nights next weekend”. If they have added the Bookd connector, the assistant can show matching Bookd properties with live prices and availability and send a booking request. The guest finishes through a Bookd link, and you confirm.
Questions
Do I need a separate setup for ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Once your listing is live on Bookd, it is available through the Bookd connector automatically. You do not build or maintain anything.
Can guests find Bookd in Claude and ChatGPT today?
Guests can add the Bookd connector themselves: in Claude on any plan, and in ChatGPT on paid plans that support custom connectors. Our listing in Claude's connector directory is under review, and Bookd is not in ChatGPT's app directory yet, so for now most bookings still come through bookd.direct.
What does it cost?
No fees whatsoever, only 5% commission on bookings Bookd generates. It is worked out on the room price.
Who takes the guest's payment?
You do. You are the seller and the stay contract is between you and your guest. Where you turn on online deposits, they go to your own payment account. Bookd never holds guest money.
Do guests pay inside the chat?
No. The assistant sends a booking request, the guest completes it through a Bookd link, and you confirm it.
Will this cause double bookings?
Bookd updates availability from Beds24 about every 15 minutes, and bookings you accept go straight into Beds24, so Beds24 stays your single calendar.
I have several properties in Beds24.
One invite code brings in every property in that Beds24 account. Extra properties arrive in your dashboard as drafts for you to review and publish.
Can I disconnect?
Yes, any time. Revoke Bookd's access in Beds24 under Settings, Marketplace, API, and syncing stops.
Do I need to talk to anyone?
No. It is fully self-serve. If you get stuck, email hello@bookd.direct.
